The Moscow authorities began to dismantle the last large-scale advertising construction in the vicinity of the Kremlin, located on the roof of the Russian State Library. The name of a well-known electronics-making company has been “decorating” the building in the city center since the late 1990s. The giant construction was 460 square meters large.

The authorities decided to remove the advertisement after the Russian capital effected new rules for outdoor advertising.
