The Moscow authorities began to dismantle the last large-scale advertising construction in the vicinity of the Kremlin, located on the roof of the Russian State Library. The name of a well-known electronics-making company has been “decorating” the building in the city center since the late 1990s. The giant construction was ​​460 square meters large.

The authorities decided to remove the advertisement after the Russian capital effected new rules for outdoor advertising.
